The longest marathon playing a karaoke videogame was 24 hours 21 minutes 25 seconds by Julian Hill (UK), who sang in support of Great Ormond Street Hospital, London, UK, from 13–14 April 2012.
Julian is a fan of the British pop group Take That. He started the marathon with their song 'Greatest Day', and finished with another Take That tune, 'Rule the World'.

Julian livestreamed the entire attempt, taking requests from internet users for songs to perform in exchange for donations to the charity.
