The largest collection of wind-up toys consists of 1,258 items, and belongs to Marla Mogul (USA) in Los Angeles, California, USA, as of 30 March 2021.

Marla Mogul has been collecting wind-up toys since she was 27. She started to apply for this record in 2012, but was overwhelmed by the requirements. Motivated by “Masterful Manifestors”, she started a YouTube channel in October 2020 to share her joy of wind-up toys and encourage others to discover how they were young at heart. This also inspired her to try again for a Guinness World Record’s title.
