The heaviest motorcycle was built by Fabio Reggiani (Italy) and weighed 5,000 kg (11,023 lb), on 24 March 2012.

The bike measures 10.03 m long and is powered by a 5.7L V8 motor. 280 HP, 3 forward gears plus reverse. The vehicle is on a 6:1 scale to the usual size. The wheels are taken from industrial excavators. Front wheel has a diameter of 2.10 m and a width of 60 cm. Back wheel has a diameter of 2.26 m and a width of 100 cm.
