The tallest useable pogo stick is 2.91 m (9 ft 6 1/2 in) achieved by Fred Grzybowski (USA) at the Toronto International Busker Festival on 7 August 2011.
In achieving this record, the jumper must do at least twenty consecutive bounces on the pogo stick. The height of the pogo stick is determined by taking a measurement from the ground to the top of the foot pedals.
