On sale at the Vitality Show in London's Earls Court, UK, in March 2010 was spa therapy costing £5,000. Included was a hot-rock spinal massage using diamonds; a 24-carat-gold facial wrap; a chocolate body wrap; and a caviar and coffee hair wash.
