On May 8, 2005, Gustavo's passion for collecting football shirts began. He was in Brazil to watch his beloved team, DIM (Deportivo Independiente Medellín), play against Club Paranaense. While there, he visited the Centauros Store and fell in love with the Porto Alegre Grêmio shirt. He bought his first nine shirts of Brazilian teams, and now his collection has grown to over 8000 football shirts.
