Taylor Swift (USA) has taken 14 albums to No.1 on the UK Official Albums Chart. In chronological order, they are: Red (2012); 1989 (2014); reputation (2017); Lover (2019); folklore (2020); evermore (2020); Fearless (Taylor’s Version) (2021); Red (Taylor’s Version) (2021); Midnights (2022), Speak Now (Taylor’s Version) (2023); 1989 (Taylor’s Version) (2023); The Tortured Poets Department (2024); Lover (Live from Paris) (2025); and The Life of a Showgirl (2025), which, on 16 October, like all the others, debuted at No.1 on the UK albums chart on the strength of 423,444 combined chart units (including a UK record 84,069 stream-equivalent sales and 125,592 copies on vinyl – a figure unrivalled in the 21st century).
As of 16 October 2025, The Beatles (15) and Robbie Williams (15) were the only acts with more UK No.1 albums than Swift’s 14. Madonna remains Swift’s closest female rival with 12 No.1s, followed by Kylie Minogue with 10.
By breaking a tie with Elvis Presley’s 13 UK No.1 albums, Swift becomes the international artist with the most UK chart-toppers.
