At the 2024 JUNOS in Halifax, Nova Scotia, on 24 March, the ensemble picked up the award for Francophone Album of the Year for En concert avec l'Orchestre symphonique de Montréal (Sous la direction du chef Simon Leclerc), a live collaboration with the Québécois folk-rock band Les Cowboys Fringants. The orchestra, which celebrates its 90th anniversary in 2025, began its run of success at the JUNOS in 1982 with Best Classical Album of the Year for Ravel: Daphnis et Chloe.

As of 24 March 2024, The Tragically Hip (17), Nickelback (13), Blue Rodeo (12), Arcade Fire (11), Rush (10) and the Tafelmusik Baroque Chamber Orchestra (10) had all made it to double figures for the number of JUNO awards won by a group.
