Most awards won by a solo artist at the Billboard Latin Music Awards

Enrique Iglesias (Spain, b. Enrique Miguel Iglesias Preysler) has collected 49 awards at the Billboard Latin Music Awards since the annual event was first staged in 1994. His haul includes Hot Latin Songs Artist of the Year (1997–98, 2000, 2009 and 2011), Top Latin Album of the Year (95/08 Éxitos, 2009; Euphoria, 2011) and Hot Latin Song of the Year (“Cuando Me Enamoro”, feat. Juan Luis Guerra, 2011; “Bailando”, feat. Gente de Zona & Descemer Bueno, 2015; “El Perdón”, Nicky Jam feat. Enrique Iglesias, 2016).

Iglesias’ first award was for Pop Album of the Year – New Artist in 1996; his most recent was Latin Pop Artist of the Year, awarded at the 29th Billboard Latin Music Awards in Coral Gables, Florida, USA, on 29 September 2022.

Iglesias has been honoured by Billboard as the “Greatest Latin Artist of All Time” (2020) and the “Greatest Hot Latin Songs Artist of All Time” (2021). “El Perdón” (No.8) and “Bailando” (No.9) are in Billboard’s “Greatest Hot Latin Songs of All Time” Top 10.
