The most Ultimate Fighting Championship wins in title bouts is 16, achieved by Jon Jones (USA) between 19 March 2011 and 17 November 2024.

Jon Jones defended his UFC Heavyweight Championship title at UFC 309, defeating Stipe Miocic with a spinning back kick in the third round at Madison Square Garden in New York City, USA. Fourteen of Jones's 16 title bout wins came at light heavyweight. An additional win over Daniel Cormier at UFC 214 was ruled a no-contest following Jones’s failed drugs test.
