Largest bottle cap mosaic (image)

The largest bottlecap mosaic is 1,203.75 m² (12,957.06 ft²), and was achieved by Farmacias Similares S.A. de C.V. (Mexico) in Mexico City, Mexico, on 8 December 2025.

Hundreds of volunteers, families, staff members, and partner organizations collaborated to assemble a large-scale mosaic using thousands of recycled plastic bottle caps, carrying out the installation with precision, coordination, and a shared sense of purpose.
