Largest pozole

The largest pozole weighed 1,900 kg (4,188.8 pounds) and was achieved by Knorr México (Mexico) in Ciudad de Mexico, Mexico, on 13 September 2024.

Pozole is an emblematic dish of Mexico, each state in the country makes it its own and even makes its own version. Knorr wanted to make this dish even more emblematic and consecrated it with a Guinness World Record. For this great and delicious dish they used: 517 kg of corn kernels, 800 kg of chicken breast, 33 kg of guajillo chili, salt and pepper.
