The most Fédération Internationale de Ski (FIS) Alpine Ski World Cup women’s downhill race wins is 45, achieved by Lindsey Vonn (USA) between 3 December 2004 and 10 January 2026.

Lindsey Vonn claimed her 45th downhill race win – and her second of the 2025/26 FIS Alpine Ski World Cup season – in the Austrian ski resort of Zauchensee. It was her 84th World Cup race win in all disciplines. An eight-time World Cup downhill champion, Vonn retired from the sport in 2019 but made an against-the-odds comeback following knee surgery in 2024.
