The longest videogame marathon playing World of Warcraft is 78 hr 30 min, achieved by Justin O'Donnell (USA) in New Brunswick, New Jersey, USA, on 19 to 22 May 2024.
Justin says he struggles with insomnia and also loves gaming, so decided to combine the two with a record attempt. This attempt was hosted to raise funds in support of The Husky House NJ where he rescued two of his huskies, raising over $3,000 in the process.
He regularly streams on Twitch, and has donated 100% of all his Twitch income to charity. Since 2020 he has personally donated over $100K to charity and his community has also raised nearly $45 for various charities.
