First brothers to make up a relay team in a FINA World Swimming Championships

The first set of brothers to make up a single relay team at the FINA World Swimming Championships are the four Al Jasmi brothers - Obaid, Saeed, Bakheet and Fasail (all UAE) - who took part in the 4 x 100 free style relay at the 10th FINA World Swimming Championships (25 m) in Dubai, UAE on 15 December 2010. The brothers finished 14th with a time of 3:35.72 - this is the first time four brothers have competed in the same event in either a short course (25 m) or long course (50 m) FINA World Swimming Championships.
