The fastest aggregate time to complete an IRONMAN® triathlon on six continents (male) is 69 hr 27 min 24 sec, and was achieved by Hayden Canavan (Canada) in South Hokkaido, Japan, on 14 September 2025.
During recovery from a serious knee injury, Hayden discovered his love for triathlons. He hopes to show others that their athletic identities can transform after injury.
