The most push ups in one hour with a 40 lb pack is 1,240, and was achieved by Uros Askovic (Serbia), in Belgrade, Serbia, on 3 November 2024.
Uros was physically ready for this attempt and knew he would be able to achieve it as it's a record he has previously held. He spent 10 days preparing with the backpack to ensure he was used to the position.
Uros is extremely proud of himself for this achievement and is looking forward to attempting new challenges!
