The record for the most YouTube views for an unsigned female musician is held by Venetian Princess, aka Jodie Rivera (USA), who had 385,708,717 views as of 15 May 2013. The 29-year-old singer, actress and comedian, who was YouTube’s most subscribed female between February 2008 and August 2010, is most famous for her music video parodies. These include the fan favourites “Outer Space” (Lady Gaga’s “Poker Face”), “Just a Zombie” (Taylor Swift’s “You Belong with Me”) and “7 Things (Guys Don’t Have to Do)” (Miley Cyrus’ “7 Things”). In addition to music video parodies, Venetian Princess’ YouTube channel features assorted comedy skits and a murder mystery series, Cirque de Mystère, which takes place in a travelling circus in the early 1940s.

“Outer Space”, Rivera’s most popular video, had been watched 57,068,481 times as of 21 February 2013.
