Former Infinity Ward executives Jason West and Vince Zampella (both USA) sued Activision over royalties and bonuses totalling $1 billion (£646.8 million) in March 2010 – the largest videogaming lawsuit. Activision countersued but the two sides settled out of court in late May 2012 in an undisclosed agreement.
